Shipping

When will my item(s) ship?

Thank you for ordering with us! We are extremely happy you chose to shop with us.

Our T-shirts are handmade to order, so please allow 7-14 business days for fulfillment. This does not include shipping times which varies depending on the shipping method chosen. Please email us if item is needed by a certain day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

USPS are experiencing some delays. Shipping is usually done through USPS, First Class or Priority. FedEx and UPS are sometimes used, depending on shipping method selected. Please allow 3 days (First Class) or 1-3 days (Priority) for your items to arrive once shipped. These do not include weekends or holidays.

Where is my package?

Each order has its own tracking info attached and is emailed/texted to your preferred contact method. Please check spam or promotion folder if not readily seen in inbox. Orders placed on weekends or holidays, start processing on the next business day. Email us if there are any issues.
Please keep in mind, tracking will update when USPS has scanned your package and it is in their system.

 

Return & Exchanges

When shopping online with us, please make sure to order the correct size. We only use unisex (MEN) t-shirts at this time so please keep that in mind when ordering. It is suggested that women should order one size DOWN from their normal size if they want a fitted look. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues, as we are always happy to assist you.

We are sorry, but at this time we do not offer refunds because we do not keep an inventory and each item is done specifically for each order. Due to COVID-19 and our intent to ensure health and safety, we do not accept exchanges until further notice. All sales are final.

We do offer in store credit, which will go to another order, in the event you were issued the wrong size or items arrived damage on delivery. You have within 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) to send an email with attached pictures of the item.

Can my order be modified or cancelled?

Once your order has started processing, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
